Dr. Tobias Müller has been working as a lawyer and economic mediater since 2015 and as a specialist lawyer for administrative law since 2018. He studied law at the universities of Heidelberg, Singapore and Berlin. His PhD from Heidelberg focused on law and catastrophe in the European Union.
Dr. Tobias Müller has been advising on energy and environmental law issues since 2015. A core area of his work is the interest-related observation and legal advise of national and European legislation in the areas of environment, energy and climate protection law. His experience in politics and administration qualifies him as a competent contact for associations and companies in the legislative process.
In addition, Dr. Müller has experience in the extensive legal advice on major projects. He moderates events within companies and conducts negotiations with associations, state authorities, companies affected by the project and individuals. Dr. Müller also functions as a mediator in companies, between authorities and companies or with individuals. Furthermore, Dr. Müller is a lecturer for environmental and planning law at the Beuth University of Applied Sciences.
